El Gouna

El Gouna is a large-scale coastal development located along Egypt's Red Sea coastline, developed for Orascom. Extending across approximately 10 kilometres of waterfront, the project integrates hotels, the renowned Abu Tig Marina, and an extensive collection of private villas — contributing to the creation of one of the Red Sea's most distinctive and internationally recognised destinations.

Tala Bay

A marina town and beach hotel complex on the Red Sea coast of Aqaba. Developed across a dramatic 15-metre contoured site, the project integrates 30,000 sqm of mixed-use residential and commercial spaces around an inland marina, alongside a beach hotel with direct sea views for every room.

Azzurra Sahl Hasheesh

A luxury residential resort on the Red Sea coast south of Hurghada, within the Sahl Hasheesh Bay development. AF Studio designed the landscape and residential units, and provided sales consultancy — marking one of the first projects where design and commercial strategy were delivered by the same team.

A large-scale marina and tourism masterplan on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro, developed for Orascom. Submitted as a competition finalist, the project represents a complete urban vision combining feasibility study, masterplanning and architectural design.

Two residential chalet buildings designed for the Andermatt Swiss Alps resort — a large-scale mountain destination developed by Orascom in the Swiss Alps, comprising hotels, private villas, apartments, an 18-hole golf course and a commercial centre.
