What we collect

Our hosting and infrastructure providers (see "Third parties" below) may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps as part of standard server logs.

Why we process it (legal basis)

We process contact form data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / EU GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your request.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the last exchange, unless a longer period is required to pursue a professional relationship or comply with a legal obligation, after which the data is deleted.

Third parties and international transfers

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc., a US-based infrastructure provider, which processes technical/server log data as part of hosting the site. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, this is done under appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
